The annual wellness screen assesses every aspect of your employee’s wellbeing. Our comprehensive screening analyzes the patient’s movement, ergonomics, nutrition, sleep patterns, and stress habits. Heafner Health uses specific outcome measures to find at risk behaviors that lead to injury.
