The 3 week workshop series begins:

Following each educational session a 45-minute general movement and corrective exercise session will take place. The workout will compliment the information gained during the session.* The workout session is geared toward people of all ages and fitness levels. The focus will be restoration!
*All sessions will be held in a group setting. Feedback, personal stories and experiences are all welcome.
